I, too, am a cancer survivor. Breast Cancer, Stage IIIa. I just want you to know you are not alone in your fear of the unknown. I’m frightened all the time of it coming back, but at the same time I think I have gained a true sense of really enjoying the little things in life and not taking anything for granted.
As I tell my granddaughter “Every day is a beautiful brand new day, and anything can happen”. I cherish each and every day now.
