They’re back! The Jelly Bean Sandal have returned and I love ’em! Putting these on my feet took me back to when I was about 13 years old and got my very first pair of Jelly Shoes. Back then my shoes were clear with bits of glitter in them, with a scalloped edge. I now own a pair of much more sophisticated Jelly Bean Sandals. I chose black now that I am a bit more mature, but after feeling how comfortable they are, I may just have a little fun with them and get a few more colors.
I love how versatile these shoes are. They are the must-have shoe for the summer! They are breathable and very cool. I plan on wearing them well into fall, they provide enough coverage on the feet that you could take them into fall by putting them with a pair of jeans. I have worn them with skirts, jeans, Capri’s, a dress and my swim suit! It is the only shoe in my closet that can go with all of these types of outfits. I have also worn them in the garden. They are so easy to just hose off if I get them dirty.
They are great for all ages. My 3 girls, 14, 12 & 10 have been eyeing mine and asking what colors they come in. Not only do they make a great summer shoe, but I plan on making it a great back-to-school shoe for my girls. I’m eager to watch the trend spread at their school, just like they did when I was a kid. Jelly Bean shoes are too much fun!
