~Grocery List/Meal Plan (To Feed Them Well)

 

DAILY GOALS

~God Time (journal, Scripture, pray, meditate)

~Move Body (Walk, Yoga, Strength Training)

~Hydrate + Nutrients (Greens & Berries + Vitamins + Water Every Day)

~clean vacuum cleaner filters

~hang new items on basement wall

~rescue our upstairs

~rescue under the kitchen sink

Kitchen, Laundry Room, Back Porch, Pantry (15 minutes/day OR 1 1/2 hours/week in said zone)
