~Grocery List/Meal Plan (To Feed Them Well)

 

DAILY GOALS

~God Time (journal, Scripture, pray, meditate)

~Move Body (Walk, Yoga, Strength Training)

~Hydrate + Nutrients (Greens & Berries #EatTheRainbow + Vitamins + Water Every Day)

~One Load of Laundry (Folded & Put Away #OneLoadADay)

~One Dishwasher Load (Dried & Put Away)

HOT SPOT THIS WEEK

Landing Area Upstairs– (5 minutes/day OR 25 minutes/week in said hot spot)
