Hi Everyone! Welcome to AP Tuesday!
I just got back from completing my “Anti-Procrastination” goal for the week.
I have been promising my middle girl a date night for a few weeks now, but it has been hard to find a time that would work. Tonight was the night. We went out for dinner, where I presented her a book called “Mommy and Me” It is a book by American Girl and it is super cute. It is full of fun fill-in-the-blank pages, where you get to know details about each other. She kept saying “Wow, we have so much in common!!” 🙂 We sat at an Italian restaurant and did the first few pages together. Then we hit up Barnes and Noble, where she downed a Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate. The big finale of our date was attending a Masterclass taught by world renowned pianist Vladimir Feltsman. It was amazing.
My girl is so very special. She has the sweetest heart and the cutest little dimple on her left cheek that kept peeking out at me all night. I just love her.

Hi Everyone! Welcome to AP Tuesday!
I actually have something to share for this AP Tuesday! Today I got my blood levels checked again, and unfortunately they are still quite low. We are hoping they will come up this week so we don’t have to postpone my next chemo treatment on Monday. Despite having low numbers, my energy was good today. I just could not sit around and do nothing, and I remembered I needed to post for AP Tuesday, so I got to work. I decided to do just a few little things around the house that would make me feel productive, but would not take too much effort.
Although it doesn’t look like it, behind that window shade is a liner that I just put on today. I bought it 2 years: ago:), but never got around to putting it on. We were always aware that in the evenings people could see into our bathroom, mostly just shoulder on up, but still not good. I can’t believe it took me that long to do something about it! It felt so good to get it done and now our bathroom feels private, as a bathroom should!!
This is our hall closet. The shelves and drawers needed some attention, just some straightening up. It took me about 10 minutes, no big deal, but it sure feels good to know where everything is now!

Hi Everyone! Anti-Procrastination Tuesday is being hosted over at “The Morris Tribe.” Can’t wait to see you over there…thanks for linking up!!
Kelly at the Morris Tribe has been my right hand woman:) while I’ve trying to maintain a blog and deal with cancer at the same time. We have never met in person, but she is a soul mate friend and I so appreciate her! She organized future guest posts for the weeks that I will be resting. Such a blessing!
I am doing well tonight. Tired, but energized on the good news my Doctor had for me today. After one chemotherapy session, my tumor has shrunk by over 50% and the large lymph node I had under my arm is just a little swollen, she could hardly feel it. Thank you so much for all your prayers and support. To read more about my cancer journey, click on my Caring Bridge button in the side bar
Hi everyone! It was so fun to see all the link ups last week!! Thank you so much for being faithful despite my missing a few Tuesdays!
Anti-Procrastination has totally changed for me lately. It is interesting. My Doozy list has sat, unread by me for weeks, as my thoughts and energy are on fighting this craziness called breast cancer! I now have an all new Anti-Procrastination list, and on it are things like “drink my nasty green drink to get my chlorophyll in” and “find breathable cap” and “make lab appointment.” Yep, life is different, but if you have read my Caring Bridge health journal, you will know there are so many great things happening in the midst of it all.
I’m eager to know what is on your anti-procrastination lists! Let me know what you have been working on…it will do me some good to hear what you are all up to!!:)
***My next chemo session is Monday the 4th, so our next “AP Tuesday” party will be held at The Morris Tribe. I will give you a link next Tuesday directing you to Kelly and her great blog.
