I loved this.  It has got a bite!  I only used half the cayenne pepper.  Helps flush out lymphatic system and great for “getting back to normal” after traveling.  Also great for puffiness or water retention.

I had my very first speaking engagement at a retreat this weekend AND had my dear friend Karen from I Choose Hope here, visiting from California, so I GOT NOTHIN’ DONE.

At least I didn’t get my normal weekly stuff done. 

But…I got plenty of the things that REALLY matter done this week. 

It was a blessed week & weekend.
