Wow- a clicked on link- I’m truly honoured. I must admit the metabolic syndrome exercise thing is pretty amazing and all the more for it being backed up by some of Britain’s best scientists in the field. It’s very exciting for those of us who spend too much time on the computer!
Thanks for hosting this great linky. This week I posted SURPRISING BENEFITS ABOUT BEING LEFT HANDED, EASY IRISH SODA BREAD, HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN TOOTHPASTE AND HEALTHY LUNCHBOX IDEAS
I am looking for wonderful creative bloggers to come share their posts at Seasonal Celebration Sunday over at Natural Mothers Network. And, I really hope that you will put Seasonal Celebration, on your list of carnivals to visit and link to each Sunday/Monday! Here’s the link: http://naturalmothersnetwork.com

Thanks for hosting the linky party and good morning! I have a recipe for DIY Organic Eye Makeup Remover. It only takes two ingredients-super simple and cheap. I love it, as do my little sensitive eyes! Have a great week!
