Since reading the book “One Thousand Gifts,” there is so much meaning in why I count these gifts. It truly does change ones outlook when practiced each and every day. It helps me learn what it looks like to be “content in all things.” I am grateful.

when you have a moment, you might want to take a look at this http://rebekahgough.blogspot.com/p/ten-on-ten-photo-project.html it’s not a link to my blog, it’s something else and not health related (at least not in a physical way) but i think you might like it; just for kicks.

March 14, 2011 at 7:02 pmYou are so good at finding even the littlest thing to be grateful for. I always forget that. No matter what there will be another week to notice more things to be grateful for. I just have to stop thinking that I am wrong about what I am grateful for. Silly uh..? Hope you have a good week.
