Ever since she was little, she has been our entrepreneur, always thinking of ways to make money through her creations. I always told her she had to wait until she is responsible enough to make a quality product and keep a business running properly. Well, she has shown me she is, proof is the amount of product stock she has right now–over 150 bows!
She has been very involved in every part of this, she had a huge say in what her logo would look like. She has also helped get everything prepared, from business cards printed, mailers and packaging ready, to using her saved allowance to purchase supplies. She wrote her “about me” at Etsy shop, helped me think through shop policies, and helped list and gather all the supplies needed to share her creations with the world!
Here is where I need your help. If these excite you at all would you consider purchasing one? Or, if you know anyone who just might love these, would you share this link (www.etsyshop/Shop/TwistedTape) with them? Facebook, Twitter, Email…anything that would help get the word out.
I would love to see my little hard working girl succeed in this venture, and I am so thankful that I have you all to ask to help me! Thank you!

March 13, 2012 at 12:55 amLove it! Her shop looks great! I wish her much success!
My son is also a duct tape kid. Maybe your daughter would like to check out his shop too. It’s here:http://www.etsy.com/shop/TapeWorks?ref=si_shop
I’ll make sure to pass your daughter’s info on to him as well. He loves checking out other kids’ stuff. We plan to attend the duct tape festival this summer. Fun times!

March 13, 2012 at 1:18 amI really respect the way you encouraged her to create a quality product without discouraging her or making her feel her dream wasn’t available. KUDOS! I’m going to swing over as well and checkout the products.
