July 7, 2015 at 3:33 amGoals :
Make goals list. Lol
Actually my goals are usually laid out by the season and bc I have no kids and a more pain management daily life , my priority is to manage pain , eat well, try to sleep and then I work on my house with home caregivers help and then my garden, pets, self care, marriage, and social media is my down time and pain and anxiety distraction.
My partner is diabetic and you know I have my own food probs so I am gardening to get excessive and goal for learning more healthy recipes. I’d say a much needed new goal needs to be getting organized. It’s hard to build a schedule when I don’t know how I’ll be feeling the next day.
I am also working on debunking my guest bedroom. Making progress. Good luck with your admirable goals. Don’t forget self care as goal and/or relaxation. I find sitting in my garden and weeding to be meditative.
